The crowdsourcing in education, one application to the subject "Marketing de contenidos y buscadores (SEM)"

Abstract

[EN] Nowadays, the development of the Internet, and the progress of information and communication technologies and the social networks, are creating a deep impact in the structure of firms, and in the same conception of the development of the learning methods. In addition, the creation of the European Higher Education Area have provoked the implementation of important changes in the teaching culture of the academic university institutions, and also in the pedagogical conception of the teaching, with its translation to the working world. In the new frame, the educational environment requires an implementation and adaptation of new technological tools for teaching improvement. Observing this fact, in this paper we explain an empirical development of Crowdsourcing use in education. Specifically, we look at the implementation of this tool in the subject "Content and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)", a postgraduate course of the "Master in Information Management"

[ES] Hoy en día, el desarrollo de Internet, unido al progreso de las tecnologías de comunicación e información y a las redes sociales, están produciendo un impacto en la estructura de las empresas, y en la misma concepción del desarrollo de la docencia. A su vez, la incorporación al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES) han exigido la implantación de cambios importantes en la cultura docente de las instituciones académicas universitarias, y en la concepción pedagógica de impartición de clases, con su reflejo posterior en el mundo laboral. En el nuevo ámbito de actuación, el entorno educativo requiere una implementación y adaptación de las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas para la mejora docente. Observando este hecho en este artículo queremos explicar el desarrollo empírico del uso del Crowdsourcing en la educación. Concretamente, observamos la implementación de esta herramienta en la asignatura "Marketing de Contenidos y Buscadores (SEM)", asignatura del postgrado del “Master Universitario en Gestión de la Información”
