Rehabilitación de una vivienda en Campo Arcís, refuerzo estructural, adaptación sostenible y con eficiencia energética alta

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este TFG está basado en la rehabilitación de una vivienda unifamiliar situada en Campo Arcís, realizando un refuerzo estructural y dotándola de alta eficiencia energética para su adaptación a las exigencias actuales. Se trata de una vivienda unifamiliar perteneciente a un familiar del alumno, situada en Campo Arcís, una pedanía del término municipal de Requena, provincia de Valencia, cuya construcción inicial data de 1910. Con esta rehabilitación lo que se intentara además de hacer la casa lo más sostenible posible, es hacerla con una eficiencia energética alta, disminuyendo su consumo energético respecto al de su estado actual. Buscando la información necesaria, la investigación pertinente, ayuda de programas informáticos y la ayuda de terceros podremos lograr los objetivos que se persiguen en el trabajo desarrollado. Para poder llevar a cabo el TFG se tendrá que realizar una investigación sobre la vivienda y de las viviendas de su entorno y época, para hacernos una idea de cómo fue construida y saber cuál es la mejor manera de subsanar las deficiencias que presenta la vivienda. Además, se realizará un estudio de lesiones y sus posibles soluciones. Se pretende reforzar la estructura para dotar de estabilidad a la vivienda y mejorar la eficiencia energética para convertirla de nuevo en habitable y sostenible.

[EN] The objective of the following TFG is based on the rehabilitation of a detached house located in Campo Arcis, making a structural reinforcement and providing it with high energy efficiency for its adaptation to the current demands. It is a detached house belonging to a relative of the student, located in Campo Arcis, a village of the municipality of Requena, province of Valencia, whose initial construction dates from 1910. With this rehabilitation, what is tried in addition to making the house as sustainable as possible, is to do it with a high energy efficiency, reducing its energy consumption compared to its current state. Looking for the necessary information, relevant research, help of computer programs and the help of third parties can achieve the objectives that are pursued in the work developed. In order to carry out the TFG, an initial investigation will be carried out on the dwelling and those of its surroundings and at the same time, to give us an idea of how it was built and to know the best way to remedy the deficiencies that the housing presents. In addition, a study of injuries and their possible solutions will be made. It aims to strengthen the structure to provide stability to housing and improve energy efficiency to make it once again livable and sustainable.
