Estudio comparativo entre diferentes tipologías constructivas de una vivienda unifamiliar aislada

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo se ha basado en realizar una comparativa entre diferentes tipologías constructivas de una misma vivienda unifamiliar aislada, con la finalidad de poder seleccionar cuál de ellas se adapta mejor. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio de los diferentes sistemas constructivos, con el objetivo de compararlos entre sí. En primer lugar, se ha realizado una descripción de la vivienda prefabricada de madera y, con las mismas características, se describen las diferentes tipologías de vivienda. En segundo lugar, se ha desarrollado un estudio comparativo basándose en las diferentes tipologías constructivas, presupuesto, plazos de ejecución, eficiencia energética y mantenimiento. Por último, en el capítulo de las conclusiones, se han obtenido las ventajas e inconvenientes, mediante los parámetros anteriores, con la finalidad de seleccionar una de ellas según las necesidades del cliente. La finalidad de este trabajo es, no solo realizar una comparativa para una vivienda unifamiliar aislada, sino introducirse en el campo de los sistemas constructivos con elementos prefabricados. Ya que en estos últimos años está creciendo su uso en el sector de la construcción de viviendas.

[EN] The work has been based on making a comparison between different construction typologies of the same isolated detached house, in order to be able to select which one is better adapted. For this, a study of the different construction systems has been carried out, with the aim of comparing them to each other. In the first place, a description of the prefabricated wooden house has been made and, with the same characteristics, the different typologies of housing are described. Second, a comparative study has been developed based on the different construction typologies, budget, implementation deadlines, energy efficiency and maintenance. Finally, in the conclusions chapter, the advantages and disadvantages have been obtained, using the above parameters, in order to select one of them according to the needs of the client. The purpose of this work is not only to make a comparison for an isolated single family dwelling, but to introduce itself in the field of construction systems with prefabricated elements. Since in recent years is growing its use in the housing construction sector.
