Plan técnico de ordenación micológica del monte de “Santa Águeda” en el término municipal de Vallibona (Castellón)

Abstract

[ES] El presente plan técnico trata de la ordenación del monte de “Santa Águeda”, situado en el término municipal de Vallibona (Castellón), cuyo titular es el propietario de la fina “La Torreta”. El principal objetivo es la puesta en valor y gestión sostenible de los recursos micológicos para dar solución al aumento de la actividad recolectora de setas, y poner fin a una serie de hurtos y recolecciones abusivas en dicho monte. En primer lugar se ha llevado a cabo la caracterización del medio en el que se encuentra la finca, basándose en el estudio de la climatología, geología y asociaciones de vegetación presentes, para posteriormente estimar la productividad del monte atendiendo a un estudio realizado mediante encuestas a algunos propietarios forestales de la zona. Como actuaciones propuestas se prescribe favorecer la productividad de las especies de mayor interés presentes en el coto micológico, como son el Lactarius deliciosus, Lactarius sanguifluus y Tuber melanosporum, para las que se han propuesto tratamientos de mejora de las masas forestales, según las necesidades requeridas por cada hábitat fúngico en el que se desarrollan, ya sean pinares o encinares. Por otro lado también se ha planificado la instalación de las señales reglamentarias según establece la normativa que regula la creación de cotos micológicos. Finalmente, teniendo en cuenta las actuaciones que se pretenden realizar, y además los ingresos y gastos que conlleva la comercialización del producto, al igual que la venta de permisos para la recolección de setas, se ha elaborado un balance económico para cada uno de los años de vigencia del plan técnico. El contenido del trabajo está basado en el diseño ofrecido por la Orden de 19 de noviembre de 2008, de la Conselleria de Medio Ambiente, Agua, Urbanismo y Vivienda, por la que se regula la recolección de setas y otros hongos en el ámbito territorial del Lugar de Interés Comunitario Tinença de Benifassà, Turmell y Vallibana.

[EN] This technical plan deals with the management of the "Santa Águeda" mountain, located in Vallibona's municipality (Castellón), whose title holder is the owner of the estate "La Torreta". The main objective is the valuation and sustainable management of mycological resources in order to solve the growing mushroom harvesting activity. Moreover it try to finsih a series of thefts and abusive collections on the mountain. Firstly, the characterization of the environment in which is located, based on the study of the climatology, geology and vegetation's associations. Of this way, it estimates the productivity of the forest, following a study carried out by surveys to some forest owners. Taking proposed actions into account, it try to be in favour to the productivity of the species of greatest interest in the mycological reserve, such as Lactarius deliciosus, Lactarius sanguifluus and Tuber melanosporum. For these have been proposed some treatments to improve the forest masses, according to the requirements for each fungal habitat which can be pine forests or holm oaks. On the other hand, it has also planned the installation of regulatory signs as established the regulations that regulate the creation of mycological preserves. Finally, an economic balance has been prepared for each validity's years of the technical plan taking into account the actions that are intended in order to be carried out, the income and expenses involved in the commercialization of the product, and also the sale of permits for the collection of mushrooms. The work's content is based on the design of the Ministry of Environment, Water, Urbanism and Housing offered by the Order of 19 November 2008, which regulates the collection of mushrooms and other fungi in the territorial area of the Place of Community Interest Tinença of Benifassà, Turmell and Vallibana.
