Estudio del riurau “El Senyoret” de Jesús Pobre y su protección mediante bien de relevancia local

Abstract

[ES] El riurau es una construcción rural muy común en la Marina Alta y la Vall d’Albaida. Cada vez quedan menos por la poca protección que se les da y cabe el peligro de que al final desaparezcan, pero últimamente se le está dando valor, hecho que anteriormente casi ni tenia y se están haciendo rutas y recuperando “la escaldà”, para hacerlos riuraus vius y que estos no desaparezcan. El presente trabajo final de máster tiene como finalidad analizar la normativa y estado de protección de un riurau. Se estudia todos los pasos que se deben dar para realizar una catalogación BRL y que esta figure en el Inventario General del Patrimonio Cultural Valenciano. Todo ello se realiza previo estudio de la evolución de los riuraus y el estado de protección actual del que se analiza en el presente trabajo. Se aporta modelado en 3d del riurau con análisis del objeto arquitectónico y una ficha cumplimentada del Inventario General del Patrimonio Cultural Valenciano que servirá para que posteriormente, la EATIM de Jesús Pobre lo presente a la Conselleria de Educación, Investigación y Cultura y Deporte y con el visto bueno de esta, se pueda tramitar el riurau del “Senyoret” y que este figure en la sección 2ª de bienes de relevancia local.

[EN] Riurau is a very common rural construction in the Marina Alta and the Vall d’Albaida. There are fewer and fewer of them because they are not protected enough and they might even disappear. Nevertheless, they have been valued recently, what was not the case before, and some router are being built like “la escaldà” to save the Riuraus by making them more active. The aim of the master’s final assessment is to analyses the regulations and the level of protection of a riurau. All the steps that are taken to carry out a BRL cataloguing are studied and must appear in the General Inventory of Valencian Cultural Heritage. All of this features in the study of the riuraus evolution, and the current state of protection is also analyzed in this assessment. It is provided modeling in three dimensions the riurau whit analysis of the architectural object and a sheet filled of General Inventory of Valencian Cultural Heritage that will serve so that subsequently Jesús Pobre LTEBM presented it to the Ministry of education, research and culture and sport and with the approval of this, it can process the “Senyoret” riurau and appearing in the second real local relevance section.
