Establecimiento de una senda como vía de conexión entre Cheste y el límite municipal de Ribarroja del Turia (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] El presente proyecto pretende conectar el municipio de Cheste con el de Ribarroja al objeto de establecer un nexo de unión con el Parque Natural del Turia. Debe significarse, que el Parque Natural del Turia abarca 15 términos municipales situados en la provincia de Valencia, que muestran un paisaje dinámico y variado con una notable diversidad de hábitats y especies de fauna y flora, de gran interés ecológico y turístico de la zona. Este proyecto se justifica por la reciente incorporación de Cheste en la Mancomunidad de Turia, haciéndose necesario, para conseguir la anexión apuntada, conectar ambos municipios. Habida cuenta de la inexistencia de senderos propiamente dichos, se procederá al diseño una ruta principal con distintas alternativas, previo estudio y análisis del municipio. A tal fin, se utilizarán tanto fuentes primarias como fuentes documentales, se realizará un reconocimiento de la red de senderos del municipio ya establecidas y se diseñarán las líneas generales del trabajo. Posteriormente se efectuará la clasificación, análisis y estructuración de la información, al objeto de conseguir el diseño definitivo del itinerario. Con todo ello, se recuperarán antiguos caminos con muy poca presencia de circulación y con alto valor paisajístico y cultural, por cuanto el entorno agroforestal, por el que trascurrirá la ruta, tiene una gran cantidad de construcciones autóctonas que, tanto por su historia como por su singular técnica de construcción, reforzarán el interés del usuario de las vías objeto del presente proyecto. Esta nueva ruta, representará una magnífica oportunidad tanto para atraer a turistas como para que la misma población del municipio pueda realizar actividades alternativas, disfrutando del propio patrimonio del que dispone el municipio y que actualmente pasa inadvertido para muchos habitantes.

[EN] The following project aims to connect the village of Cheste with Ribaroja, with the purpose to establish a connection with Turia's Natural Park. It must be noted that Turia's Natural Park englobes fifteen municipalities inscribed in Valencia's province, which show dynamic and varied landscapes with a remarkable diversity of habitats, plant and animal species all of them of great interest for both tourism and ecological matters. The project is justified due to the recent incorporation of Cheste to the Turia's Commonwealth, making it necessary to establish a connection between both villages in order to assure the viability of the stated annexation. For that purpose, and taking into account the absolute lack of designed trails as such, we have proceeded to design a major route with different alternatives, having previously studied and analysed the area. For this purpose both primary source and documentary sources will be used; A survey of the already established network of trails of the municipality will be carried out and the general lines of work will be designed and later the classification, analysis and structuring of the information will be carried out, in order to obtain the definitive design of the itinerary. With all this, it will recover old unused trails with small presence of circulation trough a landscape with cultural and visual high values. Concerning the agroforestry environment through which the route goes by, we must add the numerous constructions, native of the area, which reinforce the user's interest in the trails, due to their historical and architectural value. This new route will represent a huge oportunity both to attract tourism as to enhance the possibilities for locals to enjoy their own heritage, one which sadly still remains unnoticed for many of them, by performing alternative leisure activities.
