Estudio y propuesta de intervención de la Ermita de Santo Domingo Petrés

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Final de Grado tiene como propósito la elaboración de un estudio previo de la Ermita de Santo Domingo de Petrés (Valencia), en primer lugar un análisis del lugar y del estado actual del edificio así como el estudio de las ermitas en general. Para dicho análisis es necesario conocer el espacio y el entorno en el cual se asienta la ermita en este tiempo y en momentos anteriores. Es necesario para establecer la cronología del edificio saber la situación social, política y económica de la época en la que se construyó así como las construcciones históricas de ese momento. Para ello se desempeñó una búsqueda exhaustiva de información, desde libros sobre historia de las ermitas, construcción de estas, ermitas de la zona o del reino de valencia así como todo lo relacionado con la Ermita de Santo Domingo de Petrés. También se ha realizado un estudio de los edificios históricos más emblemáticos de Petrés, para establecer un origen a la historia del pueblo y ayudar a entender el paso de diversas culturas hasta llegar a la actual, en concreto hasta llegar a la época en la que se construyó la ermita. Se descubrió el origen de la Ermita de Santo Domingo así como la historia de esta construcción histórica, las tradiciones que relacionaban las festividades del pueblo con la ermita y los materiales a partir de los cuales está construida la ermita. Una vez terminada esta fase de investigación se realizó un reportaje fotográfico del estado actual de la Ermita, tanto exterior como interiormente y una descripción planimétrica del edificio de manera exhaustiva, a partir de planos que nos darán una información más exacta de este. Una vez hecho el análisis geográfico y de diseño de la ermita se pasó a realizar un análisis histórico y artístico de la Ermita de Santo Domingo a partir de características de cada una de las épocas que engloban la construcción del edificio a partir de información de estas y las transformaciones que ha sufrido el edificio hasta legar a su estado actual. Posteriormente se ha realizado un estudio constructivo de todas las partes del edificio, desde elementos que son prácticamente poco representativos como otros con más interés, llegando al detalle descriptivo y constructivo del templo. Tras todo este análisis se plantea una intervención del edificio y se propone una solución constructiva de rehabilitación tanto de la fachada exterior, la cobertura de la ermita, el interior y de dar una propuesta de reconstrucción del entorno adaptándolo a las funciones que hoy en día se le da a la Ermita de Santo Domingo. Finalmente tras establecer una propuesta de intervención del edificio se realizó unas conclusiones en las que se indican las propuestas realizadas y el porqué de ellas así como las aportaciones finales del trabajo realizado.
