Estudio tecnológico y tendencias en el uso de lubricantes en el sector agrícola y sus consecuencias derivadas en el mantenimiento

Abstract

[EN] This work research deeply in the use of lubricants and their maintenance in the agricultural sector. This study has consisted in the selection of the 7 agricultural machine manufacturers with greater sales in Spain, focusing specifically on the most used machine: tractor. The aim of the project was to determine the trend of lubricant use in agricultural tractors and to anticipate the future trend of the manufacturers in line with the technological evolution of the machine systems and the development of lubricants in parallel, although directly related to the grouping or segregation of systems. In order to carry out the study, digital media have been used, from which all the information concerning the products of the firms, the use of their recommended lubricants and the maintenance plans were extracted. Another means has been through visits to workshops of the firms and thematic bibliography, like specific books or digital publications in magazines of the agricultural sector. The results have shown certain discrepancy, as it has been demonstrated the tendency of some of the manufacturers for the use of dedicated lubricants for each system and other firms have decided for using of multi-system lubricants (UTTO). Concluded the study has shown the relationship between the system of each machine and the use of a type of lubricant and certainly the difference between the maintenance plans to which each tractor is subjected by the use of lubricant recommended by the manufacturer.

[ES] Este trabajo profundiza sobre el uso de lubricantes y su mantenimiento en el sector agrícola. Para ello el estudio ha consistido en la selección de las 7 firmas de fabricantes de maquinaría agrícola con mayores ventas en España y se ha centrado concretamente en la máquina genérica más usada: el tractor. La finalidad del proyecto ha sido determinar la tendencia del uso de lubricantes en los tractores agrícolas y prever la tendencia futura de las firmas según la evolución tecnológica de los sistemas de las máquinas y el desarrollo de los lubricantes en paralelo, aunque directamente relacionada con la agrupación de sistemas o la segregación de los mismos. Para la realización del estudio se han usado principalmente medios digitales, de donde se extrajo toda la información referente a los productos de las firmas, el uso de sus lubricantes recomendados y los planes de mantenimiento. Otro medio ha sido mediante visitas a talleres de las firmas y bibliografía temática, como libros específicos o publicaciones digitales en revistas del sector agrícola. Los resultados han mostrado cierta disparidad, pues se ha demostrado la tendencia antagónica de algunas firmas por el uso de lubricantes dedicados para cada sistema mientras otras firmas han optado por el uso de lubricantes multi-sistema (UTTO). Concluido el estudio se ha demostrado la relación entre el sistema de cada máquina y el uso de un tipo de lubricante y desde luego la diferencia entre los planes de mantenimiento a los que se somete cada tractor por el uso del lubricante recomendado por el fabricante.
