Análisis normativo de la sostenibilidad y rehabilitación de edificios. El caso de Ciutat Vella (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se ha realizado un análisis de los orígenes de los conceptos de sostenibilidad y desarrollo sostenible, además de un estudio breve y conciso de la normativa en este ámbito desde las declaraciones y tratados internacionales hasta la normativa autonómica, en este caso de la Comunidad Valenciana, así como se ha efectuado un análisis de las ayudas y subvenciones en el marco europeo, estatal y autonómico. También se ha investigado una herramienta que pueda ayudar a alcanzar la sostenibilidad en la edificación que es la eficiencia energética, y por ello, hemos definido que es, como se mide y además el certificado y la etiqueta que se originan. Y por último, se ha realizado el estudio de un caso práctico de actuación de Ciutat Vella, un barrio del centro histórico valenciano, conforme a la normativa urbanística vigente, la Ley 5/2014, de 25 de julio (LOTUP).

[EN] In this work there has been realized an analysis of the origins of the concepts of sustainability and sustainable development, besides a brief and concise study of the regulation in this area from the declarations and international agreements up to the autonomous regulation, which in this case is of the Valencian Community and in addition an analysis of the helps and subsidies in the European, state and autonomous frame. Also it has been investigated in a tool that could help in the sustainability that is the energy efficiency, and for it, in this work we have defined that is, since it measures up and in addition the certificate and the label that they originate. And finally, the study of a practical case of Ciutat Vella's action, a neighborhood of the historical Valencian center, in conformity with the most relevant regulation, the LOTUP.
