[EN] In the area of software development, in addition to development activity, maintenance
is also required, especially when a product or a part of it has already been implanted.
You need a communication channel between the client and the developers called
incident manager. This incident manager will allow the user to register any type of
incident in a portal (Customer Portal), which will come into the hands of the support
team (Service Desk staff) who will be in charge of categorizing this incident (error, etc)
and define the flow that it has to follow to be solved.
TUNE-UP is a tool that allows us to manage the software development process based
on agile methodologies. With it, we cover both the development part and the Service
Desk team. However, we do not have the Incidents Portal needed to register them. The
user or client has to contact the support team to report any incident.
The goal of this TFG is to develop a Customer Portal integrated with TUNE-UP. Thus,
the users of a product will be able to manage their tickets reporting incidents, requests,
doubts, etc. These tickets will be managed by the Service Desk at a first level of support
through TUNE-UP and, when necessary, may be escalated as new requirements,
improvements or bug fixes to be resolved by the development team. Thanks to this
integration there will be an explicit traceability between tickets reported by users and
development work units. In addition, users of a product will be able to manage their
own tickets and know their status when they are pending to be resolved.
The portal will be developed with HTML5, CSS3 and AngularJS technology, an open
source JavaScript framework maintained by Google that is used to create and maintain
dynamic web applications. The back-end services required for the realization of the
portal will be offered by the TUNE-UP development team.
