Abstract

[ES] Durante la fase del anteproyecto, hay que tener en cuenta los parámetros que a continuación describiremos para llevar a cabo un buen estudio de los sistemas pasivos y estrategias, y poder aplicarlos en correspondencia con el medio en el que nos encontremos, de la mejor forma posible, para obtener los mejores resultados, y cómo estos elementos pueden integrarse y forman parte del proyecto. Todas estas estrategias estarán ligadas a un tipo de construcción que nos vendrá dado por el estudio. Donde todo elemento que interviene, desde la ubicación, la forma, materiales empleados y sistemas de construcción, tendrán unas consecuencias en su empleo. Para mostrar como se llevaría a cabo, lo mostraremos con un ejemplo práctico, en el cual seguiremos punto por punto el desarrollo que debería llevarse a cabo. Lo ilustraremos con soporte gráfico y con el empleo de programas informáticos.

[EN] During the pre-project phase, the following parameters must be taken into account in order to carry out a good study of the passive systems and strategies, and to be able to apply them in accordance with the environment in which we find ourselves, in the best possible way , to obtain the best results, and how these elements can be integrated and part of the project. All these strategies will be linked to a type of construction that will come from the study. Where all elements involved, from the location, shape, materials used and construction systems, will have consequences in their use. To show how it would take place, we will show it with a practical example, in which we will follow point by point the development that should be carried out. We will illustrate it with graphic support and with the use of computer programs.
