Also, it is aimed at exposing specific aspects of (con)textualization that arise in the specific field of academic writing didactics in workshops for university students, specifically at the Universidad Católica Argentina. The writing workshop is registered in the model developed and provided by the Didactext Group from its Redactext platform. The framework that devises these reflections is made up of both the didactics and the writings produced by the students whose main challenge is to put into practice the discursive strategies of the mini-essay and the reflection on the texts themselves such as monographs, essays and theses. Therefore, this article is also proposed as a contribution towards the didactization of the mini-essay. [EN] In order to respond to the 5th Goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the proposals of the 2030 Agenda, this research shows how to introduce the gender perspective in Secondary Education, presenting, this way, a Teaching Guide in English. The aim is to work on language competence and gender studies simultaneously. This article presents an analysis of the importance and necessity of integrating the gender perspective in a transversal way in the current educational curriculum and it specifies the criteria followed to create a didactic material that fills an existing gap. It presents the structure and objectives of a Teaching Guide made up of 4 thematic units on the lives of sixteen Anglo-Saxon women who have served as a spur and inspiration for women from other countries and cultures. All of them promoted the expansion of the feminist movement, managing to offer a fairer image of women. [EN] Within the current boom in non-fiction books for children, biographies of important women have become one of the most successful genres in publishing. In this regard, a pioneer collection is “Pequeña & GRANDE” (Alba). This paper proposes a study of the aforementioned collection as a tool for an integral and multicultural education. Firstly, an analysis of the collection is proposed in order to define the main characteristics of the autobiography as a specific subgenre within children’s non-fiction books. Secondly, a reading approach is provided, incorporating communication tasks that develop receptive and productive skills in readers. The results of this methodological approach offer an interpretation to the collection as source texts for multicultural education. It also takes into account a possible writing model that considers key elements of the narrative text. Thus, the aim is to demonstrate that the collection falls within a hybrid model of efferent reading and aesthetic reading (Rosenblatt, 2002), in which the different types of reading are contemplated. At the same time, it incorporates a new understanding of the meaning of reading, which goes beyond the page (Wolpert and Styles, 2016) and links to the digital paradigm. [EN] This work analyses a sample of written expression errors of students in the third year of the Infant Education degree, with the aim of detecting possible underlying grammatical deficiencies and of reflecting on the relevance of grammar teaching in their training. The results reveal the confusion of students around certain grammatical categories, their misunderstanding of the morphosyntactic units and the relationships established between them. All this leads us to raise the need to promote a model of grammar teaching that focuses on these problems and encourages analysis and reflection. [EN] Frequently, textbooks are the backbones of teaching practice since they indicate the content to be taught, when and how to do it. Spanish language and literature books do not usually consist of a structure that facilitates learning since the contents are divided into watertight compartments that hinder a global learning of the language. They also often contain activities that are counterproductive to learning, such as correction exercises or filling in gaps with a letter or syllable. It is essential that future teachers, during their training, know the characteristics of these tools so widely used in educational centers. This article includes an experience of teaching innovation in the subject of Didactics of Language, taught in the 3rd year of the Degree in Primary Education Teaching. During the Classroom Practices, the analysis of textbooks was carried out with the aim of practically raising awareness among students about the contents and activities present in textbooks and provide future teachers with resources to correct the deficiencies of these materials. [EN] The Chilean Curricular Bases for the subject of Language and Literature establish the ability of interpretation as a key aspect of the reading axis, at the same time that these bases foster the development of skills for digital literacy in all subjects. That is why an educational innovation has been proposed to improve literary interpretation, through the production of a transmedia storytelling linked, at the same time, to digital literacy. In order to ease the didactic transposition of this innovation, a didactic sequence was designed for teachers of the subject, which contains interpretation and digital literacy linked to the transmedia narrative. The methodology used was the systematisation of experiences through the participation of four teachers in the designed didactic sequence. Thematic analysis was applied to the material developed by the teachers, creating six themes related to the production of transmedia storytelling and to literary interpretation. The results reflect a positive assessment of the production of these narratives for the development of literary interpretation. [EN] New technologies are today, in the year 2021, an essential complement in the field of didactics in its broadest sense and, even more so, in the field of foreign language teaching. It is common knowledge that there has always been a deep link between translation and second language teaching, which has led to significant changes in language didactics. The aim of this paper is to explore the pedagogical potential of one mode of audiovisual translation, namely subtitling, in the field of teaching Spanish to Italian-speaking students. Our interest lies in demonstrating that through the process of subtitling it is possible to pedagogically address certain linguistic and cultural aspects that benefit the linguistic-communicative competence of Italian-speaking students of Spanish as a foreign language.Item type: Editorial , Access status: Abierto ,
