Resumen

Intercambios internacionales. Jade Hochschule Oldenburg. Alemania. Passive houses are buildings that use resources architecture bioclimatic energy with an efficiency much higher than traditional construction. Buildings are designed to maximize light and heat received from this source of energy, resulting a temperature and humidity comfort, fit and healthy. There are healthy environments at any time of year, without further heat production. Basically, to make this possible, the isolation of these houses is absolute and the air exchange takes place via a mechanical ventilation system that renews and purifies the air without letting heat escape.
