Two semidetached single family houses in Prague

[EN] This Bachelor’s Thesis is intent on building a single family house in Veleslavín, a district of Prague, part of Prague 6, situated in the west of the city. The chosen foundations, the structure, the installations of electricity, cold and hot water, heating system, and sanitation network are going to be studied in this project. Some plans will be done, like architectural plans and plans with dimensions of all the floors, plans with information about the structure, stakeout plans, sections and also constructive details of the single points of the house.

[ES] El objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en construir una vivienda unifamiliar en Veleslavín, dentro del área de Praga 6, a las afueras de Praga, capital de Bohemia y de la República Checa. En este trabajo se estudiarán la cimentación elegida, la estructura, las instalaciones de electricidad, agua fría caliente, calefacción y red de saneamiento. Se realizarán algunos planos, como planos arquitectónicos y planos de cotas de todas las plantas, planos con información sobre la estructura, planos de replanteos, secciones y detalles constructvos de los puntos singulars de las viviendas.
