Plan de viabilidad para la reconversión de un restaurante en albergue turístico en el municipio de Montesa (Valencia)

Abstract

Este TFG presenta el estudio para la rehabilitación de un restaurante en desuso en albergue turístico. Se estudia la reconversión y viabilidad de la planta superior de un local, que está dividido en dos plantas, en albergue turístico. Se trata de un proyecto real, ya que es muy probable que la propiedad de dicho restaurante realice esta transformación en un futuro cercano. La idea es revitalizar el turismo de la zona a través de la mejora de la oferta de alojamiento y que el huésped pueda combinar su estancia con actividades de turismo activo, en el municipio de Montesa y alrededores. El municipio de Montesa (Valencia) está oficialmente catalogado por el Gobierno regional como destino turístico de interior, pero no dispone de oferta especializada, por lo que el objetivo principal es investigar la potencialidad que tendría como negocio la creación de un albergue rural combinado con el estudio de productos de turismo activo que la zona permite.

This TFG presents the rehabilitation study of a disused restaurant in a tourist lodge. The reconversion and viability of the upper floor of a local, already divided into two floors, in a tourist hostel. It is a real project, which is very likely that the property of the restaurant recovers it in the near future. The idea is to revitalize tourism activity in the area, through the improvement of accommodation offer for tourists to combine their staying with active tourism activities, in the municipality of Montesa and surroundings. The municipality of Montesa (Valencia) is officially cataloged by the regional government as an in land tourist destination, but it still not has a specialized offer. For this, the main objective of this project is to investigate the business potential in creating a rural shelter combined with the study of active tourism products that the area allows.
