Análisis y restauración del inmueble n.º 15 de la calle Olba (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] Trabajo fin de grado (TFG) enmarcado en el decidido propósito del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Valencia y de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de Edificación de la Universitat Politècnica de València de promover el estudio y rehabilitación de las alquerías del Barrio de Marxalenes. El TFG comprende el análisis, levantamiento gráfico y propuesta de rehabilitación de la alquería número 15 de la calle Olba. Parte del estudio de dicho edificio, de innegable valor histórico, del cual se ha tratado de recopilar la mayor cantidad de información posible, como base de los correspondientes análisis de éste, y de la documentación técnica y demás datos fácticos y técnicos que se han considerado pertinentes y de aplicación para emitir el dictamen. Se intenta hacer especial hincapié en el análisis de las grietas, fisuras y otros defectos estructurales que se han producido en diferentes partes de la edificación, en el estudio y descripción de sus causas, de los daños provocados, y de las posibles mejoras y/o reparaciones y su valoración, así como en la idoneidad de ésta desde el punto de vista técnico y el cumplimiento de la normativa en vigor en el momento de la redacción del correspondiente proyecto.

[EN] The present forms part of the decided purpose of the Excmo. Valencia City Council and the Technical School of Building Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Valencia to promote the study and rehabilitation of the hamlets of the Marxalenes neighbourhood. The report includes the analysis, graphic survey and rehabilitation proposal of the farmhouse number 15 on Olba Street. Part of the study of this building, of undeniable historical value, of which as much information as possible has been collected, as a basis for the corresponding analysis thereof, and technical documentation and other factual and technical data that have been estimated relevant and applicable to issue the opinion. It tries to make special emphasis in the analysis of the cracks, fissures and other structural defects that have taken place in different parts of the building, in the study and description of its causes, of the damages caused, and of the possible improvements and / or repairs and their assessment, as well as the suitability of this from the technical point of view and compliance with the regulations in force at the time of drafting the corresponding project.
