The mural paintings object of the study, have decorated the church since the mid-20th century, after the architectural reform of the presbytery and are attributed to the artist Rafael Cardells Camarlench, born in Meliana (Valencia).
The mural program of religious iconography extends from the presbytery with the Trinity, the martyrdom of St. Bartholomew and the expulsion of the Moors, to the upper wall of the choir with the allegory of the Faith, passing through the cruise in which the four evangelists in the pendentives and in the center the image of the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception.
