customer orders using the Global ATP tool. The information system of the contracting company

The project includes a customer requirements survey where the main problems faced
by the customer are addressed and their processes and the most relevant indicators are
analysed in order to ascertain the level of service provided by the customer to its customers.
Once the problem is known, the solution to these problems is dealt with in a theoretical
way and the solution is technically developed in the SAP R3 system.
Once the system has been improved and the confirmation of orders for various centres
has been automated, the indicators are analysed to check the improvement in customer service.
Throughout the project, an agreed plan has been followed to finish all the points of
improvement on time and a budget has been made for the different phases of the project.
