| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | [EN] This Master's Final Project (TFM) is carried out in a company whose main economic activity is the cultivation and commercialization of oriental vegetables . The company is aware of the importance of using safe, sustainable and environmentally responsible practices. For this reason, it has opted for the implementation of a GLOBALG.AP certification, a standard with international recognition for agricultural production, whose purpose is focused on carrying out a production under the guidelines of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) that guarantee safe and sustainable production, In order to benefit producers and consumers in all parts of the world, in all product lines. At this time, the company has already implemented the standard in 4 crops, which has allowed it to be efficient in its production, to demonstrate to its customers that its final product is of quality and all this while presenting maximum food safety. For this reason, it is intended to expand the scope of this certification in new varieties. The objective of this work is therefore to implement the GLOBALG.A.P. protocol in two new oriental crops: Chinese celery (Kan Choi) and Chinese bean (Chang Du). For this, the procedures and documents necessary to obtain certification based on food safety and traceability, the environment, Integrated Crop Management (ICM), Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) will be drawn up and elaborated. | es_ES |
