ESTUDIO DE LA APLICABILIDAD DE LA TECNOLOGÍA BLOCKCHAIN EN EL SECTOR INDUSTRIAL ALIMENTARIO PARA MEJORAR LA TRAZABILIDAD

Abstract

[ES] En el presente proyecto se realizará una propuesta de implementación de la tecnología Blockchain en el sector industrial alimentario. En primer lugar, se hará un estudio de la trazabilidad y transparencia de los alimentos en la industria. Una vez obtenida esta información, se procederá al análisis y planteamiento de soluciones para llevar a cabo la implementación de la tecnología Blockchain. Luego de tener las diferentes posibilidades en cuanto a software se escogerá la solución más optima que cumpla con los requisitos tanto técnicos como económicos de ahorro.

[EN] In this project, a proposal for the implementation of Blockchain technology in the food industrial sector will be made. First, there will be a study of the traceability and transparency of food in the industry. Once this information is obtained, we will proceed to the analysis and proposal of solutions to carry out the implementation of Blockchain technology. After having the different possibilities in terms of software, the most optimal solution that meets the technical and economic requirements of savings will be chosen.
