Estudio del vaciado para la construcción del aparcamiento subterráneo del centro comercial entre la calle Forners de Castellar y la calle Gonzalo Tejero Langarita en el barrio de Turianova en la ciudad de Valencia.

Abstract

[ES] Descripción Se pretende resolver el vaciado del aparcamiento de tres alturas que habilitará el estacionamiento de vehículos en el futuro centro comercial entre la calle Forners de Castellar y la calle Gonzalo Tejero Langarita en la ciudad de Valencia. Esto presenta una serie de problemas como el diseño del elemento de contención de tierras, el estudio del terreno que envolverá el aparcamiento y su vaciado por fases. Se cuenta con un estudio geotécnico de la zona así como del proyecto básico del centro comercial. La solución que va a estudiarse para la contención de las tierras es un muro pantalla continuo de hormigón armado. Así, uno de los problemas principales a resolver con la redacción de este TFM es el diseño del armado. Dado que el muro se estudia por fases de construcción, también se estudiará la colocación de anclajes al terreno. Además, se analizará el nivel freático, proponiendo una solución mediante la cual controlarlo.

[EN] This thesis consists of the study and the analysis of the emptying for the construction of the three-storey underground parking lot in the shopping center between Forners de Castellar street and Gonzalo Tejero Langarita street in the Turianova neighborhood in the city of Valencia. The plan geometry of the parking lot is known, as well as the depths at which the floor slabs and the foundation slab will be located. For the design of the main ground retaining element, which will be a reinforced concrete diaphragm wall, it will be necessary to estimate the ground thrusts. From this data, the length of the diaphragm wall embedment can be determined, as well as the type and number of anchors that it will need. This will allow the design of the reinforcement of the element along its entire height. At the same time, there are two conditions on the perimeter of the wall which will generate the need to build it in an alternative way. Finally, a study of the phreatic waters will be carried out, and a control measure will be proposed for the best and most adequate construction of the structure. For this, the student will produce all the graphic documentation that will help to define the project, which will also be valued economically.
