[ES] Este TFG trata sobre la creación de un nuevo espacio público en Groningen en el edificio Munnekeholm, antigua oficina de correos de la ciudad situada en el centro de la ciudad de Groningen (Países Bajos). El objetivo principal es darle un nuevo uso a la planta baja y al sótano del edificio lo que dará al edificio una nueva vida y proporcionará a la ciudad un nuevo espacio público para los ciudadanos de Groningen rentable, eficiente y atractivo. El plan es hacer una comparación de los métodos de reconstrucción de los diferentes países y combinarlos para obtener el mejor resultado posible. El proyecto se ha realizado teniendo en cuenta las nuevas técnicas y con materiales sostenibles para reducir al mínimo el impacto climático y hacer el edificio más eficiente. El proyecto consta de cinco capítulos. En primero explica las bases del proyecto . El segundo se refiere a las características del edificio (ubicación, historia y análisis del edificio y la ubicación) y especifica las diferentes propuestas para la intervención. El último capítulo contiene toda la información y los datos necesarios para la realización del proyecto. Hay también dos anexos: el anexo 1 se compone de dibujos técnicos y detalles de la estimación de costes y planificación. El apéndice 2 es una recopilación de información adicional que se requiere para el proyecto, como fichas técnicas, la normativa vigente y las referencias bibliográficas utilizadas.

[EN] This TFG is about the creation of a new public space in Groningen in the Munnekeholm building, the former post office of the city placed in the city center of Groningen (Netherlands). The main goal is to create a new use for the main floor and the basement of the building that will give the building a new life while providing the city with a new public space for the citizens of Groningen making it profitable, efficient and attractive. The plan is making a comparison of the rebuilding methods of the different countries and combining them to obtain the best result possible. The project will be carried out considering the new techniques and sustainable materials for minimizing the climate impact and make the building more energy efficient. The project consists of five chapters. First one explains the basis of the project. The second one deals with the characteristics of the building (location, history and analysis of the building and the location area) and specifies the different proposals for the Intervention. The final chapter contains all the information and data needed for the realization of the project. There are also two appendixes: appendix 1 is composed of technical drawings and details of the costs estimation and planning. Appendix 2 is a recompilation of additional information required for the project such as the technical sheets, the current regulations and the bibliographic references used.
