Estudio de un edificio docente de Bruselas

Abstract

[EN] The project objectives marked by the teachers are the design and the calculation of hot and cold water facilities, evacuation of water, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity and lighting of a wing of the Medical Pedagogical Center Sint-Franciscus, located in Roosdaal (20 km from Brussels). Objectives also marked are: the schedule of the execution of the ground floor, the measurement of materials used on the ground floor and the underground, as well as the design of evacuation in case of fire and the calculation of a part of the structure. At first, we studied the characteristics of the building provided, the conditions of the environment and materials that are going to be used in the building. Subsequently, we carried out with the design of facilities, schedule of the execution of the building and the ways of evacuation, applying the existing rules in Spain and in the case of electricity, the Belgian legislation, taking into account the observations made before and the conditions of environment and the building. Finally we proceed to calculate facilities, the structure and to do the schedule as asked in the project. To conclude we can say that the project objectives have been achieved, allowing students to apply knowledge obtained before to a real building, located in a country and environment conditions different than usual, forcing them to realize and deepen the study of the building.

[ES] Los objetivos del proyecto están marcados por los profesores y son: el diseño y cálculo de las instalaciones de agua fría, agua caliente sanitaria, saneamiento, sentilación, climatización, electricidad e Iluminación de un ala del Centro Médico Pedagógico Sint-Franciscus, situado en la localidad de Roosdaal (a 20 km de Bruselas). También se marcan como objetivos la organización de la ejecución de la planta baja del edificio, la medición de los materiales utilizados en la planta baja y en la planta sótano, así como el diseño de la evacuación, en caso de incendio, y el cálculo de una parte de la estructura. En primer lugar, se desarrolla la fase de estudio del proyecto, donde se estudian las características del edificio proporcionado, las condiciones del entorno y los materiales que se van a utilizar en dicho edificio. Posteriormente se realiza el diseño de las instalaciones, la organización de la ejecución y los recorridos de evacuación, aplicando la normativa existente en España y, en el caso de la electricidad, la normativa Belga y teniendo en cuenta las observaciones realizadas anteriormente así como las condiciones del entorno y del propio edificio. Finalmente, se procede al cálculo de las instalaciones, la estructura y la organización según lo marcado en el proyecto. Se puede concluir que se han alcanzado los objetivos del proyecto, permitiendo, al alumno, aplicar los conocimientos obtenidos, a un edificio real, situado en un país y en unas condiciones de entorno diferentes a las habituales, obligándolo a realizar y a profundizar sobre el estudio del edificio.
