Propuesta de rehabilitación y nuevo uso para la antigua Iglesia de la Trinidad de Moya

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se centra en el planteamiento de una propuesta de rehabilitación y nuevo uso para la antigua Iglesia de la Trinidad de Moya en la provincia de Cuenca, catalogada en su día como conjunto histórico artístico y actualmente en total abandono. Para ello se analizan y estudian los datos de emplazamiento de la Iglesia, su encuadre histórico y se lleva a cabo un análisis fotográfico y planimétrico del estado actual. Una vez reunida toda la información necesaria se aplica la herramienta de gestión de proyectos "Enfoque del Marco Lógico" para averiguar cuál sería el uso mas beneficioso. Por último se propone como resolver el nuevo uso de hostal rural al que será destinada dicha Iglesia. Se desarrollan todos los trabajos necesarios para ponerlo en funcionamiento, teniendo en cuenta la normativa aplicable y las condiciones de máximo aprovechamiento, estética, confort y diseño. La propuesta esta condicionada en todo momento por la idea de intervenir pero sin afectar al conjunto; de destacar lo intervenido de lo existente y de mezclar lo moderno con lo antiguo.

[EN] The present Bachelor's Thesis focuses on the approach to a proposal for rehabilitation and change of use as rural hostel for the Iglesia de la Trinidad de Moya, in the province of Cuenca, classified at the time as historical artistic monument and currently is in a state of complete abandonment. For this aim, first it has been necessary collect and analyze information about the location of the Church and its historical context and carry out a photographic and planimetric analysis of the Church in its current state. After gathering all this information, the management project tool called "Logical Framework Approach" has been applied to find out what would be the most beneficial change of use for the building. Finally we propose how to solve the new use of rural hostel that will be assigned to the Church, developing all the different works required to operate it and taking into account the applicable regulations and the conditions of optimum use, aesthetics, comfort and design. The proposal is conditioned throughout by the idea of ​​intervening but preserving the architectural ensemble to highlight the existing from the new and blend the modern with the old.
