Seguiment, execució i terminació de 4 vivendes unifamiliars sitas en Urbanització «El Racó», Alzira, València

Abstract

[ES] El objeto del presente Proyecto Final de Grado, es dejar constancia de la realización de diferentes tareas para el inicio y desarrollo del proceso edificatorio, desde, estudiar y analizar la documentación que nos llega, en este caso: el Proyecto de ejecución y documentación adjunta o anexa relacionada con él. Seguidamente, se pretende explicar, matizar y desarrollar la documentación que se genera a partir del proyecto de ejecución, tanto la necesaria que posibilita el inicio de los trabajos, como la obligatoria en virtud del cumplimiento de la Normativa, sin olvidar, la que permite a modo de herramienta realizar la programación, control y seguimiento de tiempos y costes, de los diferentes trabajos desarrollados. También el seguimiento de la Seguridad y Salud y el Control de Calidad, desde el punto de vista de técnico a pie de obra (Jefe de Obra) designado por la Empresa Constructora.

[EN] The purpose of this Bachelor’s Thesis is to record the performance of the different tasks for the beginning and development of the building process such as the study of the Project of execution and attached papers relating thereto. So, the documentation generated by the project implementation is intended to be explained, highlighted and developed, both the necessary documentation enabling the beginning of works and the obligatory documentation according to the compliance of Regulations. It can not be forgotten the documentation used as a tool to program, control and monitor time and cost of any of the works carried out. Finally safety and health is monitored as well as quality control on the construction site by the head of the project designed by the contractors.
