Analysis of possible cross-corporate processes and organization in a Sino-German joint venture project using the example of the Volkswagen Group

Abstract

[EN] The primary aim of the research is to investigate how employees, both inside and outside of the Volkswagen Group; especially command issuer and contractor with different cultural and contractual background can cooperate without an existing organizational structure during the transition period of the project into a new JV organization in China. On the basis of expert interviews with different project members, Volkswagen Group, in particular Group Personnel International ¿New Markets¿ can obtain practical input regarding the problem.

[ES] El objetivo principal del estudio es investigar cómo los empleados, tanto dentro como fuera del Grupo Volkswagen, especialmente "command issuer and contractor", con diferentes antecedentes culturales y contractuales, pueden cooperar sin una estructura organizativa existente durante el período de transición del proyecto hacia una nueva joint ventureen China. Sobre la base de entrevistas a diferentes miembros expertos del proyecto, en particular del Grupo de Personal Internacional "Nuevos Mercados"del Grupo Volkswagen, se pueden obtener aportaciones prácticas sobre el problema.
