[ES] Proponer un listado de soluciones constructivas para la rehabilitación energética de una vivienda unifamiliar entre medianeras de la primera mitad del siglo XX en la Pobla del Duc. Esta tipología, muy frecuente en pueblos y centros históricos de ciudades, precisa con la entrada en vigor del RD 253/2013 de mejoras en la envolvente y las instalaciones que busquen la máxima eficiencia energética. Las soluciones se aportarán tras un análisis de sistemas constructivos e instalaciones de climatización valorando el coste y la eficiencia energética obtenida.

[EN] This final degree project deals with the proposal for an energy
rehabilitation of a terraced family house early twentieth century
located in La Pobla del Duc , a village in the interior of the province of

[EN] This final degree project deals with the proposal for an energy
rehabilitation of a terraced family house early twentieth century
located in La Pobla del Duc , a village in the interior of the province of
Valencia. From the chosen home its current state will be studied in
addition to the thermal envelope and existing installations and various
constructive solutions to improve the energy rating of housing
proposed. The solutions will be provided after an analysis of building
and air conditioning systems assessing the cost and the energy
efficiency obtained.
In its current state, existing injuries will be studied and assessed and the
solution given for repair. As for home improvements, a change in the
distribution will be applied to improve the habitability, assuming that it
does not comply with certain requirements of the current regulations.
Finally, a list of the solutions of the thermal envelope and installations
will be provided, choosing the material and the characteristics of it
depending on the best outcome in terms of economic and energy
savings in the energy rating of this improvement.
This typology, very common in towns and historic centres of the cities,
states with the entry into force of Royal Decree 253/2013 of
improvements in the housing and installations to look for maximum
energy efficiency. Its consequences will be saving energy, improving
comfort and reducing CO2 emissions.
