dc.description.abstract |
The aim of the project is to compare the customer satisfaction of two different countries,
Italy and USA through the tool of the survey. The search scope is the coffee shop. The
customer is asked to rate which factors are more important in a coffee shop, and which are
the favorites places where to get a coffee. The markets analyzed in this project, Italy and
USA, even if are very different in a cultural and economical point of view, are similar in the
large amount of coffee imported and consumed every year. The surveys are collected
among friends and relatives; the results are analyzed in order to find analogies and
differences between the customers satisfaction of these two countries |
