Plan Especial de Protección Entorno del BIC "Colegiata de Gandia"

Abstract

[ES] De acuerdo con la Ley de Patrimonio de la Comunidad Valenciana, los ayuntamientos deberían disponer de Catálogo de Bienes y Espacios Protegidos adaptado a ley, así como de Planes Especiales de Protección de los Bienes de Interés Cultural que se encuentren en el municipio. Actualmente, Gandia, no dispone de dichos documentos aprobados y consecuentemente, la tutela de protección de los monumentos y sus entornos, corresponde a la Conselleria competente en materia de Cultura. Ello supone que todas las actuaciones de transcendencia patrimonial (obras de nueva planta, demolición, ampliación de edificios, alteración de estructura portante y diseño exterior del inmueble…) requieran de la autorización de la Conselleria, con carácter previo a la licencia municipal. El objeto del presente trabajo es la redacción del Plan Especial de Protección de la Colegiata de Gandia -declarada BIC el 3 de junio de 1931- de acuerdo con los criterios que determina el art. 39 de LPCV, en concreto: la delimitación del entorno de protección del bien, el estudio de las edificaciones tradicionales en dicho ámbito y la definición de las condiciones que han de regir en las obras de reforma, rehabilitación o la reconstrucción de las edificaciones del entorno.

[EN] In accordance with the Law of Heritage of the Valencian Community, the city councils would have to dispose of Catalogue of Goods and Spaces Protected adapted to law, as well as special plans of protection of the Monuments that find in the municipality. Actually, Gandia doesn’t have such documents approved and consequently, the tutelage of protection of the monuments and his surroundings, corresponds to the Conselleria competent in matter of Culture. This supposes that all the performances of transcendence patrimonial (works of new plant, demolition, enlargement of buildings, alteration of bearing structure and external design of the real estate…) require of the permission of the Conselleria competent in matter of Culture, with previous character to the municipal license. The object of the present work is the editorial of the special plan of protection of the Colegiata of Gandia that was declared Interest Cultural Monument the 3-06-1931, according to the criterion that determines the art. 39 of Law of Heritage of Valencia, in concrete: the delimitation of the surroundings of protection of the immaterial possession, the study of the traditional edifications of the zone and the definition of the conditions that have to govern in the works of reform, rehabilitation or the reconstruction of the edifications of the surroundings.
