dc.description.abstract [EN] The mail goal of this work is to analyze and synthesize the research on teaching methods of Lean Management through games. For this a systematic literature review has been carried out. The main results show: a) A classification of the literature and the main topics consi- dered, b) a bibliometric analysis, and c) a discussion of the empirical evidence. Finally, we propose new opportunities and challenges that should be addressed by future research. es_ES
