Construction technology project. New Town Hall for Prague 7

[EN] This diploma thesis is dealing with the implementation of the project New Town Hall for Prague 7. The aim of the project is complex reconstruction of administrative building with estimated costs of 150 million CZK. Main documents of the thesis show instructions for the implementation in the form of construction technology project (CTP). In the CTP is the construction divided in to a space structure, a technological structure and a time structure. This partition is than used to create a time space diagrams and a time schedules of the construction. Another important part of the CTP is to create global solution of site facilities and health and safety plan.

[ES] Esta Tesis de Máster trata sobre la implementación del proyecto Nuevo Ayuntamiento de Praga 7. El objetivo del proyecto es la reconstrucción compleja del edificio administrativo con costes estimados de 150 millones de coronas checas. Los documentos principales de la tesis muestran las instrucciones para la implementación en forma de proyecto de tecnología de construcción (CTP). En el CTP, la construcción se divide en una estructura espacial, una estructura tecnológica y una estructura temporal. Esta partición se utiliza para crear diagramas de espacio de tiempo y cronogramas de tiempo de la construcción. Otra parte importante del CTP es crear una solución global de instalaciones del sitio y un plan de salud y seguridad.
