Propuesta de intervención en una vivienda en planta baja en el barrio de El Cabanyal, en Valencia

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal de este Trabajo fin de grado (TFG) consiste en realizar un proyecto de intervención de una vivienda en Planta Baja ubicada en un edificio catalogado en el Barrio del Cabanyal, Valencia. Se trata de una vivienda situada en la Calle Vicente Ballester nº 15 en Valencia, que fue construida en el año 1925. El edificio ha sufrido importantes modificaciones desde su fecha de construcción inicial hasta la actualidad. Por ello, realizaremos un estudio concreto pero exhaustivo, tanto del barrio donde se ubica, como de la historia y evolución de la propia vivienda. Se localizarán las patologías existentes, especialmente las humedades, puesto que son las que más afectan a la vivienda, y se propondrán soluciones para que no se vuelvan a producir dichas lesiones.

[EN] The main aim of this TFG [Trabajo fin de Grado] consists in making a project of intervention of a house in Low floor situated in a building cataloged in the Neighbourhood of the Cabanyal, Valencia. It is a house situated in the Street Vicente Ballester nº 15 in Valencia, it was built in the year 1925. The building has suffered important modifications from his date of initial construction until the actuality. Thus, we will make a concrete but exhaustive study, so much of the neighbourhood where it is situated, as of the history and evolution of the proper house. With the end to attain the main aim of this TFG, will locate the existent pathologies, especially the humidities, so they are the most affect to the house, and will propose solutions for they do not go back to produce said injuries. Therefore, the proposal of intervention that pretends make in this TFG, is the rehabilitation of a house in a building cataloged, the adequacy of the installations, the repair of the pathologies, the structural consolidation and, finally, the fitting out like house adapted, sowe will consider the rule of accessibility.
