[ES] Este proyecto final de carrera se refiere a la construcción de un edificio de oficinas de dos plantas, Svanekøkkenet, en Århus, Vintervej por la empresa VIAConstruction Ltd y a la creación de vías de acceso al edificio, caminos y plazas de aparcamiento. El desarrollo del proyecto se estructura en diferentes fases. La primera fase es la creación del organigrama de la empresa, el establecimiento del presupuesto, la firma de contratos de trabajo, la redacción del manual de calidad y la solicitud de licencia de obras. La segunda fase se refiere a la oferta de la licitación del contratista principal y del subcontratista y al cálculo de las horas de máquina, horas de trabajo y las cantidades de material necesarias de suelo, elementos de drenaje, cemento y otros. En la tercera fase se llevan a término los acuerdos con la firma del contrato por parte del cliente, subcontratista y proveedor y el establecimiento de los plazos legales de entrega. Los siguientes pasos son la recepción de materiales y control de procesos, la redacción del plan de salud y seguridad, la redacción tarjeta de producción y el plan de obra. La última fase es la planificación de la ejecución del edificio que se compone del presupuesto de la liquidez, los certificados provisionales y la evaluación del lugar de trabajo. Finalmente el edificio se entrega con el protocolo de notificación de terminación.

[EN] This bachelor final project is about the construction of the office building with two floors called Svanekøkkenet in Århus, Vintervej by VIAConstruction Ltd. Company and the creation of access roads, and parking spaces. The project work development is structured into different phases. The first one is the creation of the company organizational chart, the stablishment of the budget, the signing of employment contracts, the drafting of the quality handbook and the application for building request permission. The second phase involves the invitation to tender to the main contractor and the subcontractor and the calculation of machine hours, hours of work and the quantities of material required of soil, sewer, concrete and other elements. The third phase is the making of the agreements and consist of the signing of the contract by the client, subcontractor and suppliers and the establishment of the legal timeline of delivery. The following steps are the receipt of materials and process control, the wording of health and safety plan schedule, the production card and the building site work plan. Finally, the last phase is the execution plan of the building that has to be completed in a three weeks and consist of the delivery plan, the liquidity budget, interim certificates and work place assessment. Finally the building is handed over with the compliance of the protocol of notification of completion.
