dc.description.abstract [EN] This paper argues for the importance of employability skills development in higher education to ensure a smoother school-to-work transition for university graduates. The presented transnational online collaboration project serves as a good practice to prepare university students for their international careers. The project was designed and implemented by four partner universities and involved 88 students from 13 countries. Students’ feedback and perceptions regarding the benefits and main takeaways of the project were collected using a post-project survey and written reflections. Qualitative data analysis revealed that the project successfully contributed to the students’ knowledge acquisition of the international recruitment process, employability skills development, and improvement of intercultural communication. es_ES
