Study for the implementation of a new provisionall line of regular public passenger transport by bus between the FGV stations of Empalme (Burjassot) and Bétera. Social assessment.

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este TFM es la planificación de una nueva línea transporte público regular de viajeros mediante autobús entre las estaciones de FGV de Empalme (Burjassot) y de Bétera. El carácter del servicio es provisional y se trabaja bajo la hipótesis de una suspensión parcial de la línea de metro existente en la actualidad de forma temporal. Para ello, se utiliza el nuevo software PTV Lines. En primer lugar, se desarrollan los escenarios de la situación actual y futura. Se partirá de los datos abiertos publicados por el Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible referentes a la oferta de servicio público de autobús en formato GTFS. Asimismo, se utilizarán datos de población y geográficos en formato GeoJSON. Una vez definido el escenario, se creará una simulación añadiendo la nueva línea de autobús. A continuación se concretará la planificación del servicio, incluyendo variables de ubicación, accesibilidad, líneas, horarios, etc. y se realizará una social y ambiental.

[EN] The objective of this TFM is the planning of a new regular public passenger transport line by bus between the FGV stations of Empalme (Burjassot) and Bétera. The nature of the service is provisional and we work under the hypothesis of a partial suspension of the existing metro line temporarily. For this purpose, the new PTV Lines software is used. First, scenarios of the current and future situation are developed. This will be based on open data published by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility concerning the supply of public bus service in GTFS format. Population and geographic data in GeoJSON format will also be used. Once the scenario is defined, a simulation will be created by adding the new bus line. Then, the service planning will be specified, including variables of location, accessibility, lines, schedules, etc. and a social and environmental one will be carried out.
